This policy explains how Voices.az collects, processes, stores and deletes your personal data and the text, audio and video that you upload to the service.

The Voices.az service is provided by "Learning Machine" LLC, Baku, Azerbaijan. For any privacy matter contact us at [email protected] or +994 55 992 90 99.
This policy covers the voices.az website, the user panel, the API and the website-reader widget — that is, all of our services: AI voice-over and text-to-speech, speech-to-text, video dubbing and voice cloning.
Payments are made in Azerbaijani manat (AZN) through the hosted payment page of Kapital Bank. You enter the card number, expiry date and CVV directly on the bank's page — we neither see nor store card data. All we keep is the transaction identifier, amount, date and status.
The audio, video and text you upload are processed solely to fulfil your order. This material is not used to train our models. Should that ever change, it would be offered only as a separate, voluntary opt-in setting in your account; no such setting exists today, and without your consent your content is never included in training.
Our staff access your content only when investigating a technical fault or when you ask support for help — and only to the extent required.

You may delete any project yourself at any time, without waiting for these periods to expire. On deletion, files are removed from storage immediately and from backups within 30 days. To delete your account entirely, write to [email protected].
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for advertising. To run the service we engage contractors in the following categories only; each of them is bound by contractual data-protection terms.

Data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where the law requires it.
Our main servers and file storage are in a data centre in the European Union (Germany); the site is delivered through the Cloudflare network. Part of the AI processing of audio and text runs on our own servers in Azerbaijan. Data may therefore be transferred outside Azerbaijan; such transfers are covered by contractual data-protection terms.
You can refuse analytics cookies through your browser settings or, where consent management is enabled on the site, through that panel. Disabling strictly necessary cookies makes the service unusable.
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to file storage is limited to short-lived, addressed links. Access rights are granted only to staff who need them for their work. No system can guarantee absolute security, however; keeping your password and API keys safe is your responsibility.
Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data you have the right to learn what data we hold about you and to request its correction, blocking or deletion. Most of your projects you can manage yourself in the panel.
If you are located in the EU you additionally have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; portability in a machine-readable format; objection to processing; withdrawal of consent; and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days; we may ask for additional information to confirm that you are the account holder.
The service is intended for persons aged 18 or over. Persons under 18 may use it only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We may update this policy. We announce material changes on this page or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The "last updated" date above always identifies the version in force.
